DECA‑26 – Syndicated Data Core Services Project Number: W91ZLK‑26‑R‑SDCS AOS Number: W9128Z‑25‑S‑A002 PSC: B506 – Special Studies/Analysis – Data (Other Than Scientific) Primary NAICS: 518210 – Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services Secondary NAICS (as applicable): 541910 – Marketing Research & Public Opinion Polling -The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC‑APG), on behalf of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), is issuing this Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Special Notice to solicit Phase 1 Solution Briefs for Syndicated Data Core Services. This requirement is intended to provide DeCA with modern, highly accurate syndicated market data, shopper analytics, economic modeling, competitor intelligence, and data integration services to support enterprise‑wide savings measurement and competitive benchmarking.- -Offerors may propose innovative commercial solutions addressing one, some, or all thirteen (13) Areas of Interest (AOIs) but must provide a complete end‑to‑end solution for any AOI proposed. Partial solutions for a single AOI will not be evaluated. Submission Instructions (Phase 1 – Solution Brief) Due Date/Time:
