The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to prepare the site identified on the Jesse Brown VA campus for the installation of additional data drops, power outlets and equipment bracing for equipment deployment of the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The contractor shall provide and install normal and emergency power outlets, data drops, and required equipment bracing to support EHR equipment deployment on the Jesse Brown VA campus as shown and described in the project drawings, specifications and the statement of work. This project is located at: Jesse Brown VA Medical Center 820 S. Damen Ave. Chicago, IL. 60612 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $250,000 to $500,000.00. NAICS Code: 236220 and PSC Code: Z2DA

Period of Performance: 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No.14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442. PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any post award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration . Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the bid.
