It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submitting information in response to this notice. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. The purpose of this survey is to canvas the industry for any possible small business sources capable of fulfilling a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
