scope of work, can you explain why we are to bypass building 65 at the St. Albans CLC? The Building 65 fire alarm system is down because of needed building repairs. System must be bypassed to allow for all alarms, troubles, etc. to be separated from the main fire alarm panel. Does this mean we are not responsible for inspection and testing of devices in building 65 at the St. Albans CLC? Fire alarm inspection and testing will not be required while the building is not in service. Fire alarm inspection and testing may be required when the building is restored (date unknown). Are the elevator recalls done during normal operating hours or are they scheduled after hours? Elevator recalls may be performed during normal operating hours
