Please be advised,

this is not a solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to acknowledge the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition for comprehensive medical services provided to the inmate population at FDC SeaTac. Seven Corners, INC. is the current incumbent and will continue to provide medical services. The proposed

period of performance will be from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Services will include Inpatient/Outpatient Facility and Physician services, as well as Outpatient Institution Services of Psychiatrist and Optometrist. This interim action will provide the insitution with the required and necessary acquisition of medical services for the inmate population until a new comprehensive medical services contract can be competitively awarded. Due to the nature of medical services and the need to provide timely medical care to the inmate population, any delay in award is incompatible with the agency's needs.
