The U.S. Navy, through NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, is planning to procure Mid-Term Availability (MTA) services for USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52), including management, engineering, procurement, labor, and materials for ship repairs and alterations, to be performed at a U.S.-based contractor shipyard within the 7th Fleet area of operations.
The contractor shall provide all necessary management, planning, document preparation, engineering, procurement, material, support services, labor, supplies, prefabrication, and equipment to perform the specified Mid-Term Availability repairs, maintenance, and alterations on USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52).

Place of Performance: Contractor shipyard in the U.S. 7th Fleet AOR See the attached Work Item Index for the anticipated MTA requirement. To be eligible for award, the offeror must have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov). Firms with inactive registrations will not be considered for award. Firms must be authorized to do business in the country of performance. Firms interested in this requirement, or those seeking to provide a capability statement, are highly encouraged to contact the listed below no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the issue date of this synopsis notice.
