Description

This is a Sources Sought notice to determine potential sources for information and planning purspose only.

This is not a solicitation or invitation to bid. The purpose of this no-cost to the Government Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist to assist in determinining if this effort can be competitive or total Small Business Set-Aside. A no-cost Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) is also request to estimate cost of study. The Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential contractor sources that will meet Air Force

requirements to conduct a study of fuel consumption, fuel distribution, power consumption, power distribution, tactical air handling (HVAC System), water support, equipment transportation

requirements and data network of CRC equipment and equipment supporting CRC at operational sites. The study will provide necessary information for the government to collaborate CRC modernization and to ensure future power, fuel, data, water, air, and transportation systems

requirements are identified. The attached document, CRC- WAT Study, has further information and description of what the study will need to address. Notice This is not an RFP or an Invitation for Bid, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Air Force. The Air Force is not obligated to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. Copies of the submitted information could be reproduced and used to develop a Request for Proposal.
