This Combined - 12FPC126Q0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The National Soil Survey Center - Kellogg Soil Survey Laboratory (KSSL) Branch requires an air compressor providing 300 pounds per square inch (psi) at 5 - 10 cubic feet per minute (cfm) to supply a recently installed high-capacity manifold system at the new KSSL facility. The manifold system is used for soil water retention and bulk density measurements. The acquisition procedures at FAR Part 12 – Commercial Item Acquisition (FAR Overhaul) is being utilized.
