Southwestern Willow Flycatcher (SWLF) AssessmentSWLF is an endangered subspecies of Willow Flycatcher.This work is for Survey, Monitoring, and Banding and requires 2 permits. Due to the difficulty of obtaining the permits and the tight timeline, the vendor is required to already have the permits. Vendor will submit evidence of:1. USFWS permit to conduct surveys and disturb nesting endangered birds.2. Existing, valid permit from the USGS Bird Banding Laboratory (BBL) authorizing auxiliary marking of SWFL in Nevada.3.
