Description

The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the subject project. All work shall be completed in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. The

scope of work involves renovation for site security in the main hospital, CLC, Utility Plant, Admin bldg. 3, parking garage and the VA Cincinnati Site. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, electrical, telecommunications, and site work, necessary for demolition and removal of security gate, card readers, fencing, walls, ceilings, piping and certain other items necessary for completion and installation of new work. Due to the utility/roadway shutdowns required, some of this work will have to be scheduled outside of normal facility business hours. A full list of

requirements and further details are provided in the project drawings and specifications. The above construction Statement of Work constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specifications be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.
