requirements for the removal, off site repair, and reinstallation of one wastewater lift pump located in the West Lift Station at the VA Jackson Regional Office. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise necessary to restore the pump to full operational status. The project includes pump removal, disconnection of related piping and electrical components, off site rebuilding with an estimated turnaround of 3 5 days, and full reinstallation with operational testing. The contractor must comply with major VA facility security and access

requirements. Work shall be performed during normal business hours and coordinated with the

Contracting Officer s Representative (COR).

BACKGROUND The VA Jackson Regional . One wastewater lift pump (Pump #1 in the West Lift Station) requires removal, off-site repair, and reinstallation to ensure continued safe operation of the wastewater handling system.
