This requirement is intended to provide DeCA with modern, highly accurate syndicated market data, shopper analytics, economic modeling, competitor intelligence, and data integration services to support enterprise‑wide savings measurement and competitive benchmarking.- -Offerors may propose innovative commercial solutions addressing one, some, or all thirteen (13) Areas of Interest (AOIs) but must provide a complete end‑to‑end solution for any AOI proposed.
