Special Notice – Facilities Management (Infrastructure) Industry Day - Grand Prairie, TX Session The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Facilities Management Branch, will host an in-person Industry Day on February 24–26, 2026, in Grand Prairie, TX. This no-cost event is open to all industry partners with capabilities in supporting critical facilities construction and maintenance, including but not limited to: Roofing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M.E.P.) trades Boiler/Chiller services Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems Security electronics General construction services Event Location Field Acquisition , TX 75051 Event Schedule Day One (February 24,

2026) – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST: 8:30 – 11:30: Welcome, BOP Introductions, and Presentations by BOP Representatives 11:30 – 1:00: Lunch (not provided by the BOP) 1:00 – 4:30: One-on-One Industry Sessions Note: No audiovisual equipment will be available for PowerPoint or digital presentations. However, the live presentation panel will consist of up to 15 BOP personnel, and firms are welcome to bring printed handouts or other materials for distribution during their sessions. Days Two and Three (February 25–26, 2026): Reserved entirely for scheduled 15-minute one-on-one sessions. Participating firms may showcase their capabilities, ask

questions, and engage directly with BOP staff. RSVP & Registration Information To attend, all participants must complete the attached registration form and email it to [email protected] with the subject line: “Facilities Management (Infrastructure) Industry Day” no later than 3:30 PM CST on February 5, 2026. Registration is required for entry on Day One. Firms must indicate on the form if they wish to request a one-on-one session. As this event is at a secure site, all attendees must be pre-approved and listed on the registration form. Individuals not on the list will not be permitted past the security checkpoint. One-on-one slots are limited and will be scheduled on a first-come, first served basis.
