Place of Performance is the Department of Veterans Affairs, Cooperative Studies Program (CSP), Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center. VA CSP intends to purchase one (1) of each 6475 Triple Quadrupole LC/MS System including its software, hardware, installation, and training service. VA CSP Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center requires Triple Quadrupole LC/MS system to conduct high-throughput analytical testing for precise identification and quantitation of compounds at trace levels. The required triple quadrupole LC/MS system will support drug-of-abuse testing with a clinical trial and core laboratory setting. Requested Triple Quadrupole LC/MS System is available under the existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) GS-07F-0564X, which is active until November 25, 2026. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and compelling evidence that the responding company can provide the same items/services, and that competition will be advantageous to the Government.
