Contracting Office (NCO) 22, located at 4811 Airport Plaza Drive, Long Beach, CA is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Delivery Order under FAR Part 8, specifically FAR Part 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), Only One Available Source, and FAR 8.405-6(b), Items Peculiar to one manufacturer. The North American Industry System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6640, Laboratory Equipment and Supplies. Requested Triple Quadrupole LC/MS System is available under the existing Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) GS-07F-0564X, which is active until November 25, 2026. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and compelling evidence that the responding company can provide the same items/services, and that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
