4 May 2026 This solicitation is for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information is included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W9127N26QA072 is for the manufacturing and delivery of seventy-two (72) replaceable tracks to be used for the Submerged Traveling Screens (STS) at John Day Dam. The STS system consists of multiple components to be effectively deployed when re-routing fish downstream. These tracks are made from UHMW Polyethylene. There are two different styles of track made up of three sections, with 12 tracks per section, totaling seventy-two. Please see the attached Purchase Description for additional information.
