This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF26QA004 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06. The associated North American Industrial System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, a small business size standard of $40M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on

19 February 2026, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Army National Guard requires the lease of a hotel on

11 April 2026 from 6:00AM to 5:00PM within 20 miles of Concord NH with the following salient characteristics: CLIN 0001: Registration Area (QTY= 1 Job) The contractor shall ensure a registration area is in the immediate vicinity of the conference/function space and that it is furnished with all furniture and amenities as described in paragraph 5.4.1 of the PWS. CLIN 0002: Conference/Function Room Space w/ Audio/Visual (QTY = 1 Job) The contractor shall provide one (1) Conference/Function room that can accommodate 310 people (300 adults and 10 children) in the immediate vicinity of the registration area (CLIN

0001) in accordance with paragraphs 5.4.5, 5.4.5.1 and 5.4.5.2. This room shall be staged with fifteen (15) eight foot tables with two (2) folding chairs each. CLIN 0003: Childcare (1 Job) The contractor shall provide childcare in accordance with PWS paragraphs 5.4.3 and 5.4.4. CLIN 0004: Meals (1 Job) The contractor shall provide meals for 300 adults and 10 children in accordance with PWS paragraph 5.4.7 and all sub-paragraphs. CLIN 0005: Additional Rooms (1 Job) The contractor shall provide three (3) additional rooms. The contractor shall provide one (1) counseling room in accordance with PWS paragraph 5.4.2 and two (2) breakout rooms in accordance with PWS paragraph 5.4.6.
