Description

The Government is announcing the postponement of the previously anticipated full and open competitive requirement for the Charge Assembly, Demolition, MK 138 MOD 1 with Taggant (NSN 1375‑01‑565‑4810), DODIC/NALC M792. This decision is in accordance with (IAW) FAR Overhaul 15.106(e) and is based on recent market research and the refinement of our procurement strategy. The Government intends to pursue a small business set-aside competition for this requirement, IAW FAR Overhaul 19.104-1. A new solicitation number will be issued for this opportunity and will be announced at a later date once the associated technical data package has been updated if required and all industry inquiries have been addressed to ensure accuracy and completeness. Interested vendors are encouraged to continue monitoring SAM.gov for future announcements and opportunities related to this requirement. All official solicitation documents, amendments, and controlled materials will be posted and managed exclusively through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, accessible at https://piee.eb.mil.
