This is a combined for commercial products in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15B10126Q00000029 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of six (6) zero-turn commercial-grade mowers that meet or exceed the specified characteristics of the Toro Z Master 5000 Series commercial zero-turn mower equipped with a 60-inch deck, or equal to or better. Mandatory
requirements of an approved equal are dilenated on the attached SF-1449. Quotes for alternative models of equal or superior quality are acceptable, provided that comprehensive supporting documentation demonstrating equivalency is submitted with the quote. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333112, with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. requirements, including specifications and quantities. Offerors must include a specification sheet and any submittal information about the product(s) offered in their quote. (iv) Location of Delivery: Delivery of offered product(s) must be made to 1 Glen Ray Road, Alderson, WV 24910. The contractor will coordinate delivery with the designated Government representative. The Government reserves the right to inspect all products provided, either at the time of delivery or at a later date, to verify compliance with contract
requirements. Payment will be made only for products determined to be acceptable and in accordance with the specifications. Any products found to be nonconforming, deficient, or outside the agreed‑upon specifications shall be corrected by the contractor at no additional cost to the Government.
