This notice is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for quotations. No responses are requested at this time. The U.S. Embassy in Turkmenistan intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 19TX1026Q0005 on or about June 2, 2026, via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the RFQ is released. The United States Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan requires professional contractor services to perform preventive maintenance of the facility’s Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) system at 9 1984 Street (formerly Pushkin Street), Ashgabat. The

objective of scheduled preventive maintenance is to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown and deterioration when units are activated/running. All technical

requirements, specifications,

evaluation criteria, and submission instructions will be provided in the forthcoming solicitation. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. The Government may award the contract based on initial quotations without discussions. Important Notice: All contractors must be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) prior to contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
