The United States Probation and Pretrial Services . Agreements are for the period beginning October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with a provision for the Government to unilaterally extend the agreement in accordance with Section I, Clause 2-90D, Option to Extend the Term, for an additional four years, at four twelve-month intervals. Substance Use Treatment/Urine Collection: required services may include, but are not limited to, Substance Use Assessments and Substance Use Counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and Urine Collection, Testing and Reporting. 0540-2027-0130 Substance Use Treatment and Urine Collection/Testing for Orange, TX On or after June 24th 2026, Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted on the agency’s web page at www.txep.uscourts.gov.
