This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the effort required to perform refuse and recycling removal services for the Watervliet Arsenal (WVA). per Watervliet Arsenal Installation Management, Public works Division PWS# 26PW031, Revision dated

21 March 2026. Services shall be performed in accordance with commercial standards, local, state and federal laws, Army Regulation 420-1, and the

requirements of this PWS.at Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189- 4000 Quantity: Unit of Issue: 1 Lot

Period of Performance: The contract shall run continuously for one (1) year from the date of award. The contract shall include two (2) option years, with the provision for a one-time extension of this contract for an additional six (6) month period. Estimated issue date of solicitation is Friday,

04 August 2026. At this time, the performance work scopes will be made available, as well as the solicitation.
