Description

The Contractor shall provide Board Certified Tele-Radiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 9. The VA Radiology Services follow the standards & guidelines set forth by American College of Radiology (ACR) https://www.acr.org/-/media/ACR/Files/Practice-Parameters/IRClin-Prac-Mgmt.pdf.pdf. A contractor providing tele-radiology services shall provide services consistent with TJC and that meet or exceed VA and the American College of Radiology Guidelines as defined in this document. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce
