(Answers in Bold) • Known failure conditions or symptoms for the three (3) non-functioning inverters Nothing happens when the test button is pressed • Any prior inspection reports, maintenance records, or diagnostic findings None • Date of last preventive maintenance or servicing performed on the units March 2, 2026. Filters changed. Batteries tested. Test button pressed. Monthly • Identification of known failed components (if any) such as batteries, control boards, or power modules Units are functioning backwards, emergency lighting is always on • Availability of any error codes, alarms, or system logs Display shows: UPS STANDBY @ 3KVA INPUT OK @ CHRG OFF BATTERY LOW @ DC OK ON BYPASS @ OUT BAD • Confirmation whether any spare parts or replacement components are currently available onsite None • Any historical issues with similar units at the facility None • Is the Government open to vendors including clearly defined assumptions related to troubleshooting scope within their Firm-Fixed-Price proposal?
