Monthly • Identification of known failed components (if any) such as batteries, control boards, or power modules Units are functioning backwards, emergency lighting is always on • Availability of any error codes, alarms, or system logs Display shows: UPS STANDBY @ 3KVA INPUT OK @ CHRG OFF BATTERY LOW @ DC OK ON BYPASS @ OUT BAD • Confirmation whether any spare parts or replacement components are currently available onsite None • Any historical issues with similar units at the facility None • Is the Government open to vendors including clearly defined assumptions related to troubleshooting scope within their Firm-Fixed-Price proposal? This would be acceptable • Would the Government consider or accept a separate breakout (e.g., diagnostic vs. repair) for informational purposes, while still maintaining an overall Firm-Fixed-Price submission?
