ORNL is managed and operated by UT-Battelle, LLC (Company). ORNL's diverse capabilities span a broad range of scientific and engineering disciplines, enabling the Laboratory to explore fundamental science challenges and to carry out the research needed to accelerate the delivery of solutions to the marketplace. The Company is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) to seek input from interested parties regarding their ability to provide turnkey or selected specialty expertise and resources supporting the High Flux Isotope Reactor (HFIR) Reactor Pressure Vessel removal, packaging, and disposal of the project's radioactive and mixed wastes, as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Any

Questions concerning this RFI must be submitted in writing, via email, by March 13, 2026, to the Procurement Officer listed in the Introduction of this RFP.
