The BLM administers funds generated by the Lincoln County Land Act of 2000 (Act). The Act provides for the sale of public land in Lincoln County, NV, with the sale proceeds available, in part, for archaeological studies within Lincoln County. These proceeds are used to fund quotes to deal with aspects of the inventory, evaluation, protection, and management of unique archaeological resources in Lincoln County, NV.The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services. Please Note: The BLM will also be accepting applications for projects to be considered as Cooperative Agreements through Grants.gov. That opportunity can be found at www.grants.gov and searching for the Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO) L26AS00091.Quotes shall include a performance-based statement of work detailing a description of the project proposed, method of accomplishing the work, timeline/milestones, and performance standards. Quotes awarded to federal government agencies will result in Interagency Agreements, in accordance with the guidance in FAR Part 17.5, Interagency Acquisitions. All other contracts awarded will use simplified acquisition procedures, to the extent possible, with resulting firm-fixed-price contracts.
