Description

USACE Portland District is hereby issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ), W9127N26QA050, soliciting for services to provide labor, material, and equipment to perform dredge vessel annual SLOPS removal. The attached solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06. This solicitation is advertised as Full and Open under NAICS Code 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Any prospective vendor must be certified by the USCG for over the water transfer of bilge SLOPS. See the attached solicitation document (CombinedSynopsis_25Q0030) for terms and conditions. Please review the PWS and solicitation in their entirety. Provide

pricing for each CLIN listed starting on page 2 of the solicitation document, sign on page 1 in box 30a, and return to be considered for award. Supplies/Services will be inspected/accepted: All will be inspected/accepted at Destination by the Government.
