A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather market intelligence, technical approaches, and rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) considerations to inform a potential future procurement of a “Mission Integration Prime” capability to manage and perform mission integration functions for GeoXO series satellites. These documents are for information and planning purposes, to allow industry to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the

requirements, to allow industry to provide meaningful feedback to improve the

requirements for the Government’s consideration, and to promote competition. All responses shall be submitted electronically via email to Travis Hagelberg at [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Time on May 11, 2026. When responding, please reference RFI-MIP-2026. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at: https://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/Procurement-Ombuds-Comp-Advocate-Listing.pdf This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.
