The U.S. Government is seeking professional space for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 3,600 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 3,810 (RSF) of professional . Lease term not to exceed five (5) years total with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in Sacramento, CA: North: Elkhorn Blvd East: Rio Linda Blvd to Marysville Blvd to Bell Ave to Raley Blvd South: Interstate 80 West: Interstate 5 Designated, secured, on-site parking for up to fourteen (14) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government

requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Submission

Requirements Interested respondents must submit the following: Building name and address Location of available space within the building Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered Date space will be available Proposed rental rate per RSF Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner

Responses are due no later than 6:00 PM PT on 04/03/2026. Responses received after the stated deadline may not be considered. The Government intends to conduct a competitive procurement and issue a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) to respondents whose properties are determined by the Government to meet the minimum

requirements stated herein. Responses shall be made electronically via email to the
