Scope & Requirements
The contractor shall provide general labor, equipment, and facilities to haul out a 47-foot Motor Life Boat, remove the port engine, and reinstall a repaired or new port engine.
Deliverables
- Haul out the 47-foot Motor Life Boat to stable blocking or cradle
- Remove the port engine
- Reinstall a repaired or new port engine
- Securely block the vessel in accordance with military specifications
- Lower the vessel in water and ensure watertight integrity
- Launch the vessel with 2 straps
