The purpose of Amendment 0001 to W912BU26BA016 is to update the SOW, found in Section J, to include the correct address for the pre-bid vessel inspection. The pre-bid vessel inspection will take place on

14 May 2026 from 1300 to 1500 CT at Michoud Assembly Facility, 13800 Old Gentilly Ln, New Orleans, LA 70129. The Marine Design Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), intends to award a firm fixed-price contract to procure services for drydocking, maintenance and repairs for the NASA Barge Pegasus in accordance with all specifications. BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: The award will be made to the lowest priced Bidder who is determined to be responsive and responsible. BID SUBMISSION: Offerors shall submit their bid no later than 1400 EDT on

4 June 2026 as follows: The Offerors bid shall be submitted electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), as described below. The Offerors bid shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in bids is prohibited. NOTE: The only authorized transmission method to this solicitation is electronically via PIEE Solicitation Module online submission.
