Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00244-26-Q-0050 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the lease, installation, and maintenance of a temporary 12-ton AC unit and 30kw diesel generator. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Requirements The Contractor will provide all equipment, transportation, and services required to lease, deliver, install, and maintain a 12-ton AC unit and 30kw diesel generator. The requirement includes all associated equipment such as hoses, a containment berm, power connections, safety equipment (wheel chocks, cord covers), and a 500-gallon supplemental fuel tank. The contractor will also provide preventative maintenance every 300 hours of operation and all required refueling services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Introduction and Purpose: This section specifies the format that Quoter will use in this RFQ. The intent is not to restrict the quoters in the manner in which they will perform their work but rather to ensure a certain degree of uniformity in the format of the responses for evaluation purposes. The Government anticipates award of single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation.
