Response Due Date: 4/15/2026, by 3:00PM (EST) NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS Network Contract , Procurement , VISN 1, Network Consolidated Laboratory/Pathology Departments intend to award a firm-fixed Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to MediaLab Solutions LLC to provide a five-year BPA. The proposed procurement is for an integrated healthcare quality management platform including Document Control, InspectionProof, Compass, Compliance & CE, Personnel Documentation, IQE, and all other MediaLab software solutions for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Soliciting from a Single Source using FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The North American Industry System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519.
