This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024. The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1026Q0318. All the terms and conditions, provisions, and clauses in the RFQ # 19RB1026Q0318 apply to this solicitation. The Offeror shall enter, in the block with its name and address on the cover page of its offer, the annotation "Unique Entity Identifier" followed by the unique entity identifier that identifies the Offeror's name and address exactly as stated in the offer.
