Questions & Answers Will the awarded contractor assume all responsibility and accountability for providing contingency plans, prior to the award, to include alternative sources, in advance of any event in which local radio pharmacies are unable to provide routine delivery of Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) diagnostic imaging products? Yes, the awarded contractor will be expected to assume full responsibility and accountability for providing contingency plans prior to the award. Typically, PSMA patients require flexibility in scheduling daily appointments. What is the specific requirement to provide PSMA for afternoon deliveries on the same day? All orders will be placed ahead of time as part of routine scheduling. In the event of a same-day order for an afternoon delivery, the order will be submitted before 10:00 AM (or another mutually agreed-upon cut-off time) to allow sufficient time for dose preparation and delivery logistics. There are currently, multiple FDA approved PSMA products available. Is this RFQ a Sole Source request? RFQ is not a Sole Source.
