The Jacksonville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 733 to a maximum of 965 gross rentable square feet of retail storefront space on or within the following delineated area within the Municipalities of Wauchula FL, as described: Northern Limit: W County Line Rd (County Rd

664) Southern Limit: Will Duke Road Eastern Limit: Griffin Rd Intersect with E Main Street Western Limit: Altman Road The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately two (2) Government vehicle both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a Five (5) year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred. Must use Government Lease.
