Ft. (ABOA): 6,552 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,897 Space Type: (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserve Structured): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: One 5-year option Additional

Requirements: The proposed space must be a contiguousspace to meet the ABOA SF listed above. Cannot be collocated with law enforcement agencies. Hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday. Offered space must meet Government

requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainabilitystandards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
