: Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a contractor to provide all tools, labor, and material for safely lowering two existing hydraulic elevators in the A-Wing of the facility. Elevators are to be lowered to a level that the elevator pit is still accessible, but that the elevator cabs are securely supported so all oil lines can be safely disconnected and all hydraulic fluids removed and properly disposed. Copies of all records documenting the proper hydraulic fluid disposal in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations shall be provided to the facility. The contractor shall fulfil the
