This RFP will be posted to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website https://piee.eb.mil and can be viewed on https://SAM.gov on or about July 25, 2026, with an opening 30 days from issuance (NOTE: Due to timeline restrictions, the U.S. Government does not anticipate extending the proposal submission date.) The North American Industry System (NAICS) code applicable to this announcement is 325920 with a size standard of 750 employees. First article testing, production lot testing, contractor data
requirements list, FOB origin and destination apply. Except as modified or amplified in the RFP this item contains explosives and a safety survey may be required.
