requirements. Offerors are no longer required to attend a site visit as a condition of submitting a proposal/quote. The deadline for proposal submissions is extended to 0800 PST

Instructions to Offerors: Please review the attached SF 30 (Amendment 001). Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the SF 30 with their proposal submission. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing locker room flooring and install approximately 775 square feet of new Roppe Rubber Tile (or equal) and Roppe Vinyl Wall Base (or equal) at USCG Station Chetco River. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work, comply with industry standards, and be completed within 90 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This tailoring includes but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
