The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm-fixed price with two 18-month
pricing tiers. The contract period is expected to be from June 13, 2026 to June 13, 2029. The solicitation contains three groups: Group 1A - DoW Troop Customers located in the Southern California Zone ( Various Ships) Group 1B - DoW Troop Customers located in the Southern California Zone ( Land Deliveries) Group 1C - DoW Troop Customers located in the Southern California Zone (Ice Cream Catalog) All responsible sources will be able to submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA BSM internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation.
