Request for Information: Solicitation W56HZV-24-R-0035 – Abrams Integrated Logistics Services (AILS) The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) solicitation W56HZV-24-R-0035 for the Abrams Integrated Logistics Services (AILS) in support of the Abrams Family of Vehicles (FoV) was recently awarded to General Dynamics Land Systems as contract W912CH-26-D-0035. The Government recognizes several companies demonstrated a meaningful interest in this procurement. We are requesting information and feedback as a part of ongoing market research to gain an understanding as to what led to decisions on whether to bid or not. The Government is looking for feedback so that we can improve our procurement process and promote competition to the maximum extent practicable.
