This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0178 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Annual Service Plan for a MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter that shall include a base and four option years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The small business size standard is $34 Million. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination Number 2015-5559 for Whitman, WA is applicable and is attached. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation.
