this contract, the vendor shall be required to provide three (3) HP Color Laser Jet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zfsw printers, no refurbished printers will be accepted. The printers are required for daily business operations, clinical needs, appointments and to support administrative duties. Due to the high usage of printed documents by all departments the printers are requiring replacement.
