This is a full and open competitive acquisition conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide bulk propane to various locations across Dugway Proving Ground, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
