Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Interior seeks to lease the following space: State: Alabama City: Montgomery, Millbrook, etc. Delineated Area: North: I65 and Cobbs Ford Rd/AL-14 in Millbrook. Follow AL-143 N to continue on AL-14 until insects with US-231 (Wetumpka Highway) East: From AL-14 and US-231 process south along US-231 toward Montgomery. Continue South as US-231 transitions directly into Eastern Blvd to Atlanta Highway to Bell Rd. Continue south to Intersection highway 82 South: Highway 82 to Highway 80 continue on to Highway 31 transition West: From US-31 to intersection US82 See attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. : 1,000 Warehouse / Light Industrial Maximum Sq. Ft. : 1,200 Warehouse / Light Industrial Minimum Acreage: 0.09 Wareyard Maximum Acreage: 0.10 Wareyard Space Type: Warehouse / Light Industrial, Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Full Term: Up to 10 years Firm Term: 1 year Option Term: Not required Additional

Requirements: Warehouse: Loading area with 3’ x 3’ door and sufficient interior or exterior space for vehicle access Secured tenant space Climate control Restrooms Electricity Running water Storage of gas-powered equipment Wareyard: Ability to be fenced and secured Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government

requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
