05 May 2026 attached herein: The purpose of amendment 0005 is to revise the
requirements and submission instructions for solicitation W91CRB-26-C-5006. During the Government’s internal review, updates were made to the
evaluation criteria and the required submission documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the Government’s actual needs. Because these revisions materially affect the content and structure of offerors’ proposals, all vendors are required to resubmit their complete proposal packages in accordance with the updated solicitation documents. Previously submitted proposals will not be evaluated and will be removed from consideration. This amendment replaces and supersedes all prior versions of the solicitation. Vendors must review the updated documents posted with this amendment and submit a full, compliant proposal by the revised due date.
