The resulting award from this RFQ will be a single-award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated

period of performance includes a twelve (12)‑month base period, followed by four (4) additional twelve‑month option periods. The Government also reserves the right to extend services for up to an additional six (6) months under FAR 52.217‑8, Option to Extend Services. If all option periods and the extension under FAR 52.217‑8 are exercised, the total potential

period of performance will be up to five (5) years and six (6) months. This structure provides continuity of operations while allowing the Government flexibility to meet evolving mission

requirements. The Peace Corps contemplates award of a single FFP Delivery Order resulting from this RFQ.
