Place of Performance Department of Veteran Affairs Overton Brooks VA Medical Center PRESOLICITATION NOTICE This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a Non-Recurring Maintenance (NRM) requirement Project #667-22-118, Replacement Underground Water Tanks. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to construct two new 300,000-gallon pre-stressed concrete tanks with domed roofs. The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA building codes. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a standard size of $45M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract awardee shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications & drawings provided. The VA will issue a RFP on or about April 17, 2026 via SAM.GOV A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, the date, time and location will be posted in the solicitation. The
