requirements in Sections 1-6 (as applicable) will move forward to the final evaluation factor: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. For contractors quoting the same price, preference for award will be given to the small business. If any required documents are not submitted or required fields left blank on pages 1-3 of this document, further consideration for award will not be made. Both RFQ and MIL-STD-129R forms are attached to the RFQ posting on SAM.gov. These documents MUST be returned via email to [email protected]. 1.
