This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with Far part 12 overhaul. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is 6923G226Q000020 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) - SEAWEB SHIPS DATABASE SUBSCRIPTION (Base + 4 Option Year). The combined will result in a fixed price Purchase Order (PO). This requirement is a total set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) at Kings Point, New York requires the SeaWeb ship database subscription renewal (all web-based, no software required), for up to 10 simultaneous users. Quotation deadlines are due by July 15, 2026 at 2:30PM via electronic mail (e-mail). BASIS FOR AWARD- A Single Firm Fixed Price Award will be made to the responsible offeror, whose offer is, conforming to the combined , offers the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote with no adverse past performances. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes based on an acceptable/unacceptable basis to determine if the contractor meets the
